  • 1 oz. anejo tequila
  • 1 oz. Pimm’s #1
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
  • 1 dash Peychaud bitters
  • 2 pieces sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 oz. Cynar
  • 1 splash soda water

Directions

Muddle 1 cucumber slice at the bottom of a shaker. Add first five ingredients. Strain into collins glass with ice. Top with soda water. Float Cynar. Garnish with a cucumber slice. Drink.
